Director of Community Partnership Schools - Heartland for Children

Job Description:

The Director of Community Partnership Schools is employed by Heartland for Children, but is accountable to the Principal and the Community Partnership School Leadership Team. This is a management position responsible for developing, implementing, directing and managing the Community Partnership School expanded learning opportunities and comprehensive support services. This position supervises program staff which may include coordinators for the community partnership school (after school coordinator, parent/community outreach coordinator, school health programs coordinator) and administrative positions that support the community partnership school program. Job Description:

The role of the HelpDesk Technician I is to assist customers who are experiencing basic or procedural operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services specifically around PC use. Kinship Case Manager - Kids Central, Inc.

Job Location: Wildwood, FL

Job Description:

The Kinship Case Manager acts as primary case manager for non-dependency kinship cases and secondary case manager for any cases involving dependency. This position provides case management services to relative caregivers and relative children by assisting the family with needed services and stability to care for the children long-term. The Kinship Case Manager will conduct home visits, see children on their case load on a monthly basis, conduct an assessment with the kinship family to determine and coordinate appropriate services, complete timely referrals to appropriate services, follow up with the family regarding services provided, and coordinates and conducts weekly support groups. The Kinship Care Program covers all 5 counties within Circuit 5, which may require this position to work in multiple counties.

Accounts Payable Clerk - Kids Central, Inc.

Job Location: Wildwood, FL

Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing accounts payable and related purchasing functions, including payments to foster parents and other providers

• Responsibilities include the verification of invoices, payables, data entry, preparation and mailing of checks
• Prepares, tracks and maintains control of all requisitions and purchase orders; issues all purchase orders ensuring appropriate approvals
• Matches invoices to receiving and purchasing documents
• Codes and enters invoices, routes invoices for proper authorization and researches invoices as required
• Manages tickler file to ensure correct payment schedules
• Responds to vendor inquiries on status of accounts payables
• Prepares logs and/or reports; performs various month-end closing, annual audits, etc.
• Responsible for recoupment tracking and processing
• Responsible for accurate deposit of Master Trust funds
