Provider Council member organizations and agencies contract with Community Based Care Lead Agencies throughout the State to provide services directly to children and famlies within their respective areas. Provider Council member services include, but are not limited to, residential group care, foster care, adoption, case management, mental health and independent living programs. Provider Council members derive their operating revenues from private donations and fees for contracted services.
