Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families. Based out of Orlando, FL, with a coverage area of Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties, this position with the Dually Served Youth and Family Program is responsible for:

Managing the clinical operations at the Dually Served Youth and Families program in Orlando, FL.
Providing clinical oversight for clinicians working toward licensure.
Providing clinical training for all clinical staff in documentation, utilization review and EBP implementation.
Partnering with the multidisciplinary leadership team to promote teamwork and integrated care.
Partnering with Quality Compliance leaders in assessing and analyzing client outcomes in the development of performance improvement activities.
Facilitating positive experiences in all relationships both internally and externally, including but not limited to customers including funders, referral sources and family/guardians.

Education:

Master’s degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field. Required
Experience:

Licensed in the state of Florida under Department of Health to provide clinical services Preferred
Qualified supervisor preferred
Supervisory/Management experience preferred
Schedule:

Must be able to complete a three day (Monday – Wednesday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day
Other Requirements:

Valid Driver’s license
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, TB Test and Influenza Vaccine
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
