Job Summary:
This position involves the input and management of data in a variety of systems both internal and external.

Duties include:

·        Maintenance and preparation of existing reports including Excel pivot table charts and slicers in a timely manner.

·        Respond quickly to ad-hoc user requests

·        Assist with data clean-up activities in various systems

·        Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for system user eligibility requirements and documentation

·        Analysis of current processes and improvement to existing processes, systems, and reports

The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in child welfare but is not a necessity.

Additionally, expert knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and charts is required.  Knowledge of SQL and SAP’s Business Objects is a plus in this position for developing new reports in the state FSFN (child welfare reporting system).

Minimum Associates Degree Required
Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in data analysis

Ability to:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and expert in Excel.

Job Duties
Essential Duties

Perform review and analysis of FSSNF data, including comparative analytics to assess trends on a macro- and micro-level.
Answer ad-hoc data requests, as requested, by internal stakeholders to include narrative analysis and recommendations.
Develop and share expertise in FSSNF data systems including—but not limited to—Tableau, FSFN, Mindshare, etc.
Maintain and update data sources to ensure data integrity.
Conduct quality review of Performance Analytics team products and reports.
Other duties as assigned.

This position does not require customary supervision and management of at least 2 or more full-time employees.

Analysis and presentation of System of Care trends and FSSNF performance.
Fulfilling analysis requests in a timely manner.
