WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will manage the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule (IFR) on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment for the Unaccompanied Children program.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary between $55,000 and $65,000 depending on experience

WHAT YOU NEED:

At a minimum must hold a Bachelors degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social service fields and at least 1 year experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues.
Experience in Sexual Abuse Response and/or Prevention, or Quality Assurance highly desired
Must be Spanish/English bi-lingual
Must be computer literate.
Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and car insurance.
